David had finally caught the woman who’d pulled off hundreds of heists on jewelry stores. He cuffed her and was about to take her away. But the two ran into the woman’s daughter. Amanda quickly hid her arm to not let her little girl see her mom in shackles. She acted as if nothing had happened, promising her child to be on time to celebrate her birthday. The girl ran home to put on her princess outfit. And Amanda offered David a deal – if she could spend one last day with her daughter, she’d go with him willingly without trying to pull anything off.
David agreed to that for the girl’s sake. Now, he had to spend 24 hours being lovey-dovey with a conwoman to not scare the little girl. But pretty soon, his fake friendliness turned into real feelings.
